Copy / paste the tube "Fireworks"
Subject - Alignment - Top
And close the eye of the layer we will come back later

Copy / paste the tube "Confetti"
Place on the top left of your scrap
And close the eye of the layer we will come back later

Copy and paste the tube "Balloon"
Place on the top left
Layer - duplicate
Picture - Mirror

Copy / paste the "BackgroundCluster" tube

Copy / paste the tube "Cluster"
Copy / paste your tube
Resize if needed
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (to your taste)
Layer - duplicate
Move this copy under the "Cluster" tube
Back to top
With the selection tool draw a rectangle on the top of your tube
Selection - inverted
Edtidion - cut
Selection - deselect all
Layer - merge with the layer below
Redo Layer - merge with the layer below

Move the "BackgroundCluster"
for it to be well inside the "Cluster"
With the eraser tool erase what goes beyond the "Cluster"
To be placed on the layer of the "Cluster"
Layer - merge with the layer below
And place in the middle of your scrap

Return to the top of the stack
Copy / paste the tube "Carpet"
Object - Alignment - Bottom

Copy and paste the tube "Decoration"
Place on the top of the tube "Carpet"

Copy / paste the tube "Clock"
Place on the right of your scrap

Copy and paste the tube "Ballfacet"
Place on the left of your scrap

Copy / paste the tube "Ribbon"
Place in the middle of your scrap

Copy and paste the tube "FireCrackers"
Place on the left of your scrap

Copy / paste tube "Accessories"
Place on the right of your scrap

Copy / paste the tube "Champagne"
Place on the right of your scrap

Copy / paste the tube "Date"
Place in the middle of your scrap

Copy / paste the tube "Hat"
Place on the left of your scrap

Copy / paste the tube "Flowers"
Place on the bottom left of your scrap
Layer - duplicate
Picture - Mirror

Place on the bottom of your scrap

Check your items that they are all well placed

Merge visible layers
Object - Alignment - Center Support

Copy / paste the tube "Confetti2"
Place lightly on the bottom of your scrap

Reopen the Tube's "Fireworks" and "Confetti" tube

Copy / Paste the wordart
Place on the bottom of your scrap
