Place the selections and the mask in your usual folders
Open the tubes and duplicate them, close the originals
Depending on the colors you will use
feel free to change the mode and opacity of layers

In the style and texture palette
Put two colors of your tube
a light color in the foreground
and a dark color in the background
and prepared a radial gradient with the following settings:
Open a transparent image of 850 x 500 pixels
Fill with gradient

Layers - Duplicate
Picture - mirror
Change the Mixing mode to "Multiply"
Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers
Adjustment - Blur - Gaussian Blur

Open your tube
With the selection tool - rectangle
Select the upper part of your tube
Edit - copy
Go back to your work
Layer - new raster layer
Selection - select all
Edit - paste into selection
Selection - Deselect all

Effect / image effect / Seamless Tilling
Setting - Blur - Gaussian Blur (same setting)
Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers

Selections - Load / save selection -
Load selection from disk
Select the selection "Sel01-ToBeTrue"
and click on Load
Selection transform into layer
Selections - Deselect all

Change the Mixing mode to "Soft Light"

Copy - paste decoration tube 1
Change the Mixing mode to "Soft Light"

Place on the bottom layer
Selections - Load / save selection -
Load selection from disk
Select the selection "Sel02-ToBeTrue"
and click on Load
Selection transform into layer
Selections - Deselect all
Move this layer to the top of the stack

Effects / Plugins / AP Lines SilverLining filter ⇒ Mesh
Effect / image effect / Seamless Tilling joins (same setting)

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
Change the Mixing mode to "Soft Light"

Copy - paste the decorative tube 2
Change the Mixing mode to "Soft Light"

Place on the bottom layer
Edit - copy
Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 1 pixel = Dark Color
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 5 pixels = Color White
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 1 pixel = Dark Color
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 10 pixels = Color White
With the Magic Wand tool
Select this border
Edit - paste into selection
Selection - Deselect all

Layer - new raster layer
Fill with white color
Selections - Load / save mask -
Load mask from disk
Select the "ToBeTrue" mask
and click on Load
layer - merge - merge group

Selection - select all
Selection - modify - contract at 41 px
Edit - cut
Selection - deselect all

Copy - Paste Wordart
Place as on my model

Copy - Paste Your tube
Resize if necessary
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (to your liking)
Place on the left
Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 1 pixel = Color White
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 2 pixels = Dark Color
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 1 pixel = Color White

Add your signature
