Open Picture "Fond"
window-duplicate
Close original
and work on the copy
Layer - duplicate
Adjustment - Blur - Gaussian Blur
Effects - Plugins - Filters Unlimited 2.0 - BKG Kaleidoscope⇒ @BlueBerry Pie

Effect / Seamless image / mosaic effect
Edge Effect - Sharpen
Change Blend Mode to "Overlay"

Go to the background layer
Layer - new raster layer
Selections - Load/save a selection-
Load selection from disk
Select the "Love-Sel01" selection
and click Load
Selection transform to layer
Selections - Deselect All
Move this layer to the top of the stack

Adjustment - Blur - Gaussian Blur (same adjustment)
Effect - image effect - seamless mosaic (same setting)
Effects/ Plugins / Penta.com ⇒ Jeans
Change Blend Mode to "Soft Light"

Copy - paste deco tube 1

Copy - paste the "Image" tube
(You can also choose another image)
7.
Selections - Load/save a selection-
Load selection from disk
Select the selection "Love-Sel02"
and click Load
Edit - Cut
Selections - Deselect All

Copy - paste deco tube 2
Layers - Merge - Merge with layer below
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible Layers

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked
Size of 15 pixels = Color White

Copy - Paste Your Tube
Resize if needed
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (to your liking)
Place on the right

Copy - Paste The Wordart
Place on the left
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible Layers
12.
Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked
Size of 2 pixels = Dark Color
Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked
Size of 1 pixel = Color White
13.
Add your signature
And The Copyright if you use a designer tube
