duplicate it, close the original

Effect - Edge effect - Emphasize

Adjustment - Brightness and Contrast - Brightness and Contrast
Change the Mix mode to "Soft Light"
Reduce Opacity to 80

Copy - paste the deco tube 1
Change the Mix mode to "Soft Light"
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
7.
Go to the bottom layer
Selections - Load / save a selection -
Load selection from disk
Select the selection "Sel01-2021"
and click Load
Selection transform to layer
Selections - Deselect all
Move this layer to the top of the stack
Seamless image / mosaic effect / effect (same setting)

Effects / Plugins / AP Lines SilverLining filter ⇒ Backslash
Change the Blend mode to "Multiply"
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (same setting)
Reduce Opacity to 80

Copy - paste the deco tube 2

Copy - paste the deco tube 3
Change the Mix mode to "Hard Light"
Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers
Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste as a new image
(put aside we will come back to this later)

Go back to your tag
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
2 pixel size = Color White
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 10 pixels = Dark Color
With the magic wand tool
Select this border
Edit - paste into selection
Selection - Inverted
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (same setting)
Selection - Deselect all

Change the Mix mode to "Soft Light"
Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 15 pixels = Color White

Copy - Paste Wordart
Place as on my model

Resize if needed
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (to your liking)
Place on the right
Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
1 pixel size = Dark Color

Go to the saved image
Edit - Copy
Go back to your tag
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 5 pixels = Color White
With the magic wand tool
Select this border
Edit - paste into selection
Selection - Deselect all
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 1 pixel = Color White
