Open a transparent image of 900 x 500 pixels
In the style and texture palette
Put two colors of your tube
a light color in the foreground
and a dark color in the background
and prepared a Radial gradient with the following settings:

Layer - duplicate
Image - Mirror
Image - Flip
Layer Mode reduce opacity to 50%
Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers

Effects / Plugins / Filters Unlimited 2.0 / Simple ⇒ Pizza Slice Mirror
Layer - duplicate
Image - Resize

Layer mode on Soft light
Effects - Side effects - accentuate

Go to the bottom layer
Copy / Paste as a new layer the tube "Déco1"
Layer mode reduce opacity to 70%

Go to the bottom layer
Playlists - Load / Save Playlist-Load Playlist from Disk
Select the selection "SummerNight_Sel01"
and click Load

Selection transform to layer
Selections - Deselect all
Move this layer to the top of the stack

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow

Seamless image / mosaic effect / effect (same setting)
Change the Mix mode to "Covering"

Go on your tube
Select the face of your tube
Edit - copy
Go back to your tag
Paste as a new layer at the top of the stack
Effect - Texture effect - Antique Mosaic

Move this layer above that of the Background
Change the Mix mode to "Soft Light"

Copy - Paste the tube "Déco2"
And move it between the two layers merged
Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 1 pixel = Color White
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
2 pixel size = Dark Color

Copy - Paste Your Tube
Resize if needed
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (to your liking)
Place on the left

Copy - Paste Wordart
Place as on my model
Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 5 pixels = Color White
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
2 pixel size = Dark Color
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 1 pixel = Color White

Add your signature
And Copyright if you use a designer tube
