Place selections your usual folder
Open the tubes and duplicate them, close the originals
Depending on the colors you will use
do not hesitate to change the mode and the opacity of the layers

In the style and texture palette
Put two colors of your tube
a light color in the foreground
and a dark color in the background
And prepare a Radial gradient
Open a transparent image of 900 x 500 pixels
Fill with gradient
Adjustment - Blur - Gaussian Blur

Layer - New Raster Layer
Selections - Select All
Copy - Paste your tube in the selection
Selections - Deselect All
Effect / image effect / Seamless Tilling (default setting)
Adjustment - Blur - Gaussian Blur
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible Layers

Effects / Plugins / Medhi ⇒ Sorting Tiles

Layer - Duplicate
Effects / Plugins / <I.C.NET Software>: Filters Unlimited 2 / VM1⇒ Mighty Maze
Change Blend Mode to "Overlay"
Reduce opacity to 20%

Stand on the bottom layer
Selections - Load / Save Selection-
Load selection from disk
Select selection "Sel01-TrueElegance"
and click on Load
turn selection into layer
Selections - Deselect All
Move this layer to the top of the stack
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
Effect / image effect / Seamless Tilling
Change Blend Mode to "Overlay"
Reduce opacity to 50%

Copy - paste the tube "Déco 1"
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible Layers

Layer - Duplicate
Image - Resize
Selections - Select All
Selection - Floating
Selection - Static
Effects / External modules / AAA Frame ⇒ Foto Frame
Effect / image effect / Seamless Tilling (default settings)
Change the blend mode to "Multiply"
Reduce opacity to 50%

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible Layers
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
1 pixel size = White color
Edit - Copy
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 15 pixels = Dark color
With the magic wand select this border
Edit - Paste in the selection
Selections - Deselect All

Copy - paste the tube "Déco 2"

Copy - Paste Your tube
Resize if needed
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (to your taste)
Place on the left

Copy - Paste The Wordart
Place as on my model
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible Layers

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 2 pixels = Dark color
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 10 pixels = White color

Add your signature
And Copyright if you use a designer tube
