Place the selections in your usual folder and the gradient in your folder
Open the tubes and duplicate them, close the originals
Depending on the colors you will use
feel free to change the mode and opacity of layers

In the style and texture palette
Put two colors of your tube
a light color in the foreground
and a dark color in the background
and prepared a radial gradient with the following settings:
Open a transparent image of 900 x 600 pixels
Fill with gradient

Effects - Geometric effects - Skew
Layers - Duplicate

Effects / Plugins / <I.C.NET Software>: Filters Unlimited 2 / Color Effects ⇒ Channel Shift

Effects / Plugins / <I.C.NET Software>: Filters Unlimited 2 / VM Natural ⇒ Weave Distortion
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow
Change the Mixing mode to "Soft Light"

Place on the bottom layer
Selections - Load / save selection -
Load selection from disk
Select the selection "Sel01-TattoosHavePower"
and click on Load
Selection transform into layer
Selections - Deselect all
Move this layer to the top of the stack

Effects / Plugins / VanDerLee / Unplugged-X ⇒ Defocus

Effects / Plugins / AP Lines filter /SilverLining ⇒ ZagAcross

Effect / image effect / Seamless Tilling
Change the Mixing mode to "Multiply"

Place on the bottom layer
Selections - Load / save selection -
Load selection from disk
Select the selection "Sel02-TattoosHavePower"
and click on Load
Selection transform into layer
Selections - Deselect all
Move this layer to the top of the stack

Change the Mixing mode to "Multiply"

Copy - Paste the Deco 1 tube
Change the Mixing mode to "Multiply"
Reduce opacity to 80%

Copy - Paste the Deco 2 tube
Change the Mixing mode to "Overlay"

Place on the bottom layer
Selections - Load / save selection -
Load selection from disk
Select the selection "Sel03-TattoosHavePower"
and click on Load
Selection transform into layer
Selections - Deselect all
Move this layer to the top of the stack

Effects / Plugins / Carolaine & Sensibility ⇒ CS Dlines
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (same setting)
Change the Mixing mode to "Soft Light"

Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 2 pixels = Color White

Copy - paste the decorative tube 3

Copy - Paste Your tube
Resize if necessary
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (to your liking)
Place on the left

Copy - Paste Wordart
Place as on my model
Layers - Merge - Merge visible layers

Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 2 pixels = Dark Color
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 10 pixels = Color White

Add your signature
And Copyright if you use a designer tube
