Place selections in your usual folder
Open the tubes and duplicate them, close the originals
Depending on the colors you will use
do not hesitate to change the mode and the opacity of the layers

In the style and texture palette
Put two colors of your tube
a light color in the foreground
and a dark color in the background
Open a transparent image of 900 x 500 pixels

Effects / Plugins / Medhi ⇒ Wavy Lab
Effect / image effect / Seamless Tilling
Adjustment - Blur - Gaussian Blur

Layer - New Raster Layer
Selections - Select All
Copy - Paste your tube in the selection
Selections - Deselect All
Seamless effect / image effect / mosaic (same setting)
Adjustment - Blur - Gaussian Blur (same setting)
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible Layers

Effects / Plugins / Medhi ⇒ Sorting Tiles

Layer - Duplicate
Effects / Plugins / Medhi ⇒ Sorting Tiles
Effect - Edge Effect - Emphasize
Change the blend mode to "Multiply"
Reduce opacity to 50%
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible Layers

Selections - Load / Save Selection-
Load selection from disk
Select selection "Sel01-Summer"
and click on Load
turn selection into layer
Selections - Deselect All

Effects / Plugins / Simple ⇒ 4 way average
Effects / Plugins / Ap Lines Silverlinnig ⇒
Change Blend Mode to "Soft Light"

Stand on the bottom layer
Selections - Load / Save Selection-
Load selection from disk
Select selection "Sel01-Summer"
and click on Load
turn selection into layer
Selections - Deselect All
Move this layer to the top of the stack

Effects / Plugins / Silverlinnig Ap Lines ⇒ Dotty Grid
Effect / image effect / Seamless Tilling (same setting)
Change the blend mode to "Multiply"

Copy - paste the image "Landscape"
(you can use another image of your choice according to your colors
size 440x230 and add a border of 10px white + a drop shadow)
Place on the right (see model)
Layer - duplicate
On the layer below
Image - Free Rotation
Effect / image effect / Seamless Tilling (same setting)

Copy - paste the tube "Déco1"
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible Layers
Edition - copy
12.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
2 pixels size = White color
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
Size of 15 pixels = Dark color
With the magic wand tool
Select this border
Edit - paste in the selection
Selection - Deselect All

Copy - Paste The Wordart
Place as on my model
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible Layers

Copy - Paste Your tube
Resize if needed
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow (to your taste)
Place on the left
15.
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
2 pixels size = White color
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
1 pixel size = Dark color
Image - Add borders - Symmetric checked
2 pixels size = White color

Add your signature
And Copyright if you use a designer tube
